Its interior cabinet is constructed from enamel porcelain, providing full-body strength and reducing scratches, dents, and other abrasions. Whether you are baking pies in a school cafeteria or preparing a rack of lamb for a gourmet restaurant dinner, the Cookline FCOE-208’s advanced features and safety-conscious design make it a must-have for professional kitchens. Units ship pre-wried for 3 Phase but all convection ovens can be converted in the field by your electrical at installation from 3 Phase to Single Phase or Single Phase to 3 Phase.
